The rocket is an herbaceous plant with green leaves that are deeply divided into dentate segments that can reach the central nerve of the leaf.

It is in these leaves where most of their characteristics are presented, such as carotenes and several pigments that reinforce eye health. It also has a high content of antioxidants and calcium.
