Lollo Biondo
Characteristics
The classic ‘Lollo Bionda’ is a leafy lettuce with an attractive intense green colour and strongly curled shape. The texture of the leaves is smooth at the edges and crispier as it approaches the centre. This lettuce has a high content of minerals, and vitamins A and C.
