Mini Romana
Characteristics
It is a lettuce similar to Romaine lettuce but of uniform and smaller calibre. It is a light green to dark green lettuce, depending on the variety. The size is small and the shape is elongated. The flavour is soft, slightly sweet and with a bitter nuance. The leaves and ribs are slightly crispy and turgid. It is a lettuce rich in vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium.
