Mini Romana Roja
Characteristics
A light green to dark green mini romaine lettuce with bright red or garnet outer leaves. The size is small and the shape is elongated. The flavour is soft and sweet with a bitter nuance. The leaves and ribs are slightly crispy and turgid. It is a lettuce rich in vitamin C and some minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium.
