Characteristics
It is a light green to dark green lettuce, whose inner leaves are yellowish depending on the variety. These lettuces have a small stem and an elongated shape. Its flavour provides freshness, with a slight bitterness to the bite that evolves to a soft and stable sweet taste in the mouth. As for the texture, the heart is compact, with crunchy leaves, and free of hardness. It is a lettuce rich in vitamin C, calcium and potassium.
